8-Week Improve your Deadlift Course

The Deadlift is one of the most iconic and fundamental movements applicable to both the gym and the real world.  From beginner workouts to elite strength sports - the Deadlift is a staple of strength training.  It is one of the most regularly used movement patterns as we pick things up from the ground EVERY day.  And optimized Deadlift allows you to do this safely and effectively.  If you want to get strong, fit, build a great booty and get comfortable moving heavy weights, our Improve your Deadlift Course will help you achieve this. 

From improved Metcon times, to more explosive cleans, to safer lifting or just better glutes, the deadlift is one of the surest ways to achieve this. Perfect for beginners, experienced lifters and Coaches.   Each class will be limited to a maximum 6 people so that Adam has lots of time to work with you one-on-one.  The first 4-weeks will focus on technique improvement and the last 4-weeks will work on getting you comfortable with the lift and increasing load, with the goal of adding 20lbs to your PR.  Adam will be giving you INDIVIDUAL "homework" and Shawn will be helping you adjust your class intensity to accommodate the extra training.
